Dear Mr. Syed Shujauddin

The management takes great pride in informing you that you have been appointed as ‘President
HR’ in our organization w.e.f. 06th January 2021. Your appointment shall be subject to the
following terms and conditions:

1. That initially on contract of 3 years on successful completion of your original contract

period, further extension of contract will be sole discretion of the Management. In case the
Management decides to terminate your services contract the same will be informed appropriately.

2. That after successful completion of your 3 years of original contract period or before
completion of the contract period, as the case may be, either side can terminate this employment
by giving one-month prior notice period or one month’s notice pay in lieu of notice period. In
case you prefer to resign from these services of the AIMS, it will be at the sole discretion of the
Management to relieve you immediately or not. Your resignation will become effective and final
upon acceptance by the Management not withstanding that the communication of the acceptance
of resignation has reached you or not. However, it will be the prerogative of the Management to
accept or not your resignation.
