GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Be it known to all to whom these presents shall come that I, __________________,

nominate, constitute, and appoint Mr. ________________, S/o Mr.
____________________, R/o ___________________ (hereinafter referred to as
‘THE SAID ATTORNEY') to be my true and lawful Attorney to act for me and on
my behalf in relation to the following Property:

(a) Apartment No. ____ in ___________, Sector ___, Faridabad a project of Pal
Infrastructure and Developers Ltd.

Whereas, I am unable to personally look after the litigation and legal proceedings
on the said Property in my individual capacity and hence, I hereby appoint and
authorize my above said Attorney to act on my behalf in relation to the said
Property.

NOW BY THIS GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY, I, _____________, S/o

____________ residing at ____________________________; do hereby nominate,
constitute, authorize and appoint Mr. _______________, S/o Mr.
___________________, R/o _____________________ to act as my true and
lawful attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things on my behalf in respect
of the said Property namely:-

To represent me, deal with and appear before all the appropriate authorities
including District Court(s), High Court(s), Supreme Court, District Forum,
SCDRC, NCDRC and all other Government, Quasi-government and private
authorities/offices/police stations and concerned officers etc. and present all the
relevant documents before them and also to deal with them and represent me
before/ in these authorities/ offices/police stations.

To represent me, file undertakings, Appeal(s), apply for and obtain certified/true
copies, submit affidavit(s), deposit fees/ submit and withdraw documents, seek
information/file for obtaining records under the Right to Information Act and/or
otherwise, obtain license/ permissions and do all other things as may be required.

To file, sign and verify suit(s)/case(s)/litigation(s) on my behalf including

defending, pursuing, any suit(s)/case(s)/litigation(s)/complaint(s), civil and/or
criminal, filed by or against me in respect of the aforesaid property, in all
courts/authorities viz. Tribunals, Designated Authorities, Commissions, Company
Law Board, District Courts, Appellate Courts, High Court(s), Supreme Court of
India etc., and to sign, verify and file every Pleadings, Writ Petitions, Complaints,
Criminal Complaints, Representations, Plaints, Written Statements, Replications,
Applications, Affidavits, Appeals, Petitions etc. and to represent me in all these
Courts/ Tribunals/ Designated Authorities/Commissions/ Company Law Board
etc., to refer the matter to Arbitration, Mediation, Settlement and for Conciliation,
to file, pursue, continue and to defend execution petitions, to deposit and/or
withdraw any money in any litigation(s), to depose on my behalf, to file or
withdraw documents on my behalf, to receive money in cash and/or by cheque(s) /
bank draft(s) /pay order(s)/ treasury voucher(s) etc., to appoint pleaders, Advocates
and to sign the Vakalatnama(s) in their favor and/or to conduct the said suit/cases/
litigations at any and every stage.
That I do hereby declare that the powers, authorities and discretions hereby
conferred by me upon my said Attorney shall be available for exercise by him at
every place and at every point of time and I shall deem all acts, deeds and things
lawfully done by my said Attorney, as done by me

I do hereby declare that I have executed this Deed of Power of Attorney in favor
of Mr. ______________ out of my free own will without any pressure, force or
undue influence being exerted upon me by anybody, at any point of time. I have
fully read and understood the contents of this Deed/Document.

That I do hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm whatever my said
Attorney may lawfully do or cause to be done in and by virtue of these presents.
That the present General Power of Attorney shall not empower the said Attorney
namely Mr. ________________ to enter into and/or execute any sale agreement(s),
builder-buyer agreement(s), sale deed(s), conveyance deed(s), lease deed(s), in
respect of the aforesaid property or part thereof, or receive any earnest money or
sale consideration in respect of the aforesaid property or part thereof.

That the present General Power of Attorney shall not empower the said Attorney
namely Mr. _______________ to alienate, mortgage, assign, dispose off,
encumber, let out, lease out and/or create any third party interest with regard to the
aforesaid or part thereof.
