Power of Attorney

THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is made this 03rd day of March 2015 by me,
Mahadeb Chandra Das, S/O- Late Nipendra Nath Das, by religion - Hindu, by
occupation- Business, permanently residing at Vill. & P.O. & P.S.- Kushmandi, Dist.-
Dakshin Dinajpur.

WHEREAS I am the owner of the Vehicle bearing No- WB-66B 2467 more
particularly described in the schedule hereunder.

AND WHEREAS for the effective management of the vehicle mentioned in the
schedule I wish to engage an Attorney.

NOW KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I, Mahadeb Chandra Das, S/O-
Late Nipendra Nath Das, by religion - Hindu, by occupation- Business, permanently
residing at Vill. & P.O. & P.S.- Kushmandi, Dist.- Dakshin Dinajpur, do hereby and
hereunder nominate, constitute and appoint Matiyar Rahaman, S/O- Late Sakur
Mohammad, by religion - Muslim, by occupation – Cultivation, residing at Vill.-
Khantapara, P.O.- Araji Panishala, P.S. – Kushmandi, Dist- Dakshin Dinajpur to be
my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my behalf and

in my name to represent me and do all acts, deeds, matters and things in
connection with the VEHICLE properly mentioned in the schedule that is
to say:

1) To demand, sue for, enforce payment of, recover, receive and give proper
receipts and discharges for, all moneys debts of any kind due to any way
whatsoever.

2) To negotiate on terms for and sell my vehicle details whereof are

mentioned in the schedule to any purchaser or purchasers at such price
which my said Attorney in its absolute discretion think proper, to agree
upon and to enter into any agreement or agreements for such sale and / or
to cancel and /or repudiate the same.

3) To pay all fees and taxes, insurance premium, payable in respect of the
vehicle as and when the same becomes due.

4) To receive any claim or charges from the insurer of the vehicle in respect
of the vehicle mentioned below in case of any accident.

5) To contest any case by reason of claims by third parties in respect of the

same in any Court, Tribunal constituted under the provision of the of any
statue for the time being in force.

6) To contest any case in respect of the vehicle mentioned in the schedule in

any Court, Tribunal constituted under the provision of the of any statue for
the time being in force.

7) To accept and withdraw on my behalf any compensation payable to me

for any kind whatsoever from any authority.

8) To withdraw and receive documents or money from any court, office or

opposite party, either in execution of decrees or otherwise, and to-do all
the acts that may be necessary in connection with any of such cases.

9) To do all other acts, deeds and things as may be necessary or requisite in

connection with the Vehicle properly mentioned below for the purpose of
continuing the business of the transporting by the vehicle mentioned
below.

AND I, the said Mahadeb Chandra Das, S/O- Late Nipendra Nath Das, by
religion - Hindu, by occupation- Business, permanently residing at Vill. & P.O. &
P.S.- Kushmandi, Dist.- Dakshin Dinajpur do hereby agree and undertake to ratify
and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do, execute,
perform of cause to be done, executed or performed by virtue of the power or
authority hereunder conferred upon.
