WILL

I, Gangiredla Dayanand, S/O G Sanjiva Rao, residing at, Flat No.1206, Tower 18, Prajay
Megapolis, Venkatramana Colony, Near Gokul Plots, KPHB Phase IX, Hyderabad –
500085, solemnly declare this as the Last Will and Testament of mine, executed by me on
this day the 24th February, 2020

and I hereby revoke all my previous Wills, Codicils, registered or unregistered and this
WILL shall be the one which shall be enforceable. I am a Hindu by religion.

I require my properties, both present and future to have definite and noble title and the
concept of ownership after my death should not be left in abeyance and ambiguity, hence this
Will. Further I am well aware of my social and moral obligations and extremely sapient in
exercising my discretion accordingly.

All my property shall be solely bequeathed to my Wife, Yeluri Neeraja. In the event of the
death of my Wife before mine, the property shall be bequeathed to my only child, my Son,
Gangiredla Vivek, on my death.

I devise and bequeath all my movable properties, immovable properties, investments, etc. to
the above mentioned legatees.

Further, in case of any other properties which are not specified above are acquired by
me, such other future movable properties including shares, units, securities, etc. or
immovable properties, the same be distributed in the manner earlier stated.

I hereby appoint my Wife, Smt. Yeluri Neeraja, Resident of Flat No.1206, Tower
18, Prajay Megapolis, Venkatramana Colony, Near Gokul Plots, KPHB Phase IX,
Hyderabad - 500085 as my sole Executor of this Will and Testament with powers to
act in her own discretion sustaining the sanctity and intentions of this my last Will
and Testament.

I direct my Executor immediately after my demise to take possession / control of the
properties mentioned herein and also the properties which I may acquire in the future
in pursuance of the execution of this my last Will and Testament.

I further submit that all my extant fortune including all other movable properties after
the determination of my liabilities, of the likes of shares, securities, mutual funds,
bonds, fixed deposits and other amounts lying to my credit shall devolve upon my
Legatees as stated hereinabove.

I have executed this Will, out of my own will without any coercion, threat or undue
influence. I submit that I am in sound state of mind and I am executing this Will due
to the uncertainties of life and that I am fully aware of the statements made above.

Signed by Mr..Gangiredla Dayanand, as his last Will and Testament in the presence
of Mr.K.Lakshmikanth Reddy, Advocate, and Resident of H.No. 8-7-177/119/A,
Street No.12, Swarnadhama nagar, Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad.

Thereafter, at his request and in his presence, we subscribed our respective

names and signatures as attesting witnesses, all being present at the same time.
