I, Purchaser info. do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That I have purchased a Vechicle Vechicle info. from Seller Info. on where
is where as basis.
2. That I have paid FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT against the sale of above
said vehicle to the seller.
3. That I shall be responsible for all future liabilities after purchase of the said
vehicle icluded any tax, Court Case/Police Case/Accident
Case/Challans/Insurance etc. after the purchase of this vehicle w.e.f. D&T.
4. That the deponent has taken over the possession of the said Vehicle on
D&T. with its original documents i.e. Insurance, Pollution, Original RC and
a self attested photo copy of ID Proof of the seller.
5. That I will get transfer the above said vehicle in my name or in the name of
my nominee within stipulated time.
6. That this is my true and correct statement.

1. That I am the absolute owner and in possession of vehicle info.
2. That I have sold my above said vehicle to purchaser info .on where is as
basis.
3. That I have received FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT against the sale of
above said from the purchaser.
4. That I have handed over the possession of the above said vehicle is
transferred in the name of purchaser or his nominee.
5. That I have no objection if the ownership of the said vehicle is transferred in
the name of purchaser or his nominee.
6. That I shall be responsible for any tax, challan, Insurrance Police
inquiry, insurance legal matter etc. pending till the date of D&T.
7. That this is my true and correct statement.
