As my true and lawful Power of Attorney to do the following acts, deeds and things in
my name and on my behalf.
I am the owner of 100 Sq.yards of undivided share in the property bearing plot No. 16,
in sector II of the HUDA TECHNO ENCLAVE MADHAPUR of Sy.No.64 of Madhapur
Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District., out of total land admeasure of
837.50 Sq.Meters or 1001.65 Sq.Yards, by virtue of Regd. Gift Settlement Deed Dt. 3 rd
July, 2015 bearing regd. Document No.5605/2015, Hyderabad.

Whereas now, I am not in a position to attend and to oversee the property and look
after and manage the same personally and hence I hereby authorize and appoint
Sri. Vemula Venkateswarlu as my Power of Attorney Holder to do the following acts,
deeds and things in my name and on my behalf.

1. To enter into agreements, receive consideration on my behalf under the said

agreements and pass on money receipts and to execute all such agreements,
documents/papers required for the same.
 2. To do all other things and acts which are incidental to the above and I hereby
agree to ratify all such acts which my attorney may lawfully do, in this
connection.

3. To represent before any offices like Sub Registrar’s Office, Land Acquisition
Office, Municipal corporation or any other State/Central Government Offices,
Authorities.
4. To pay necessary charges, taxes to the concerned authorities in respect of the
property’s.
5. To file cases, proceedings, appeals, writ, petitions in any court of law and to
defend the same and to complete all the proceedings, to make and execute
decree, to engage an advocate to proceed with the above matters and to make
compound,
compromise with the opposite party if required.
6. To appoint a Lawyer or an Advocate in case of any disputes which would arise
in respect of the property’s and to file cases in the Court of Civil, Criminal and
Tribunal against the opponent/claimants.
7. To receive all notices, endorsements, orders etc., and issue proper reply for the
same and to sign all papers like Affidavits, Agreements and all other documents
in respect of the property’s and to submit the same to the concerned
authorities.

And generally to do all acts, deeds and things which are not specially mentioned above
and all the acts, deeds and things done by my Power of Attorney Holders shall be
ratified and confirmed by me as if I have done personally.
