GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This power of attorney is executed on 23rd of March, 2021 by me, Smt.


Shweta Chadha, aged 37 yrs. W/o Sh. Bhishm Chadha D/o Sh. Ranbir
Singh R/o C-24A, Radhey Puri, Near Lal Mandir, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-
110051.
WHEREAS, I am the owner by way of Conveyance Deed executed by
Delhi Devolopment Authority in my favour of the property no. 110-D,
DDA Flat (LIG), Jhilmil, Delhi- 110095.

WHEREAS, I remain busy in my household affairs and so unable to look


after my property bearing no. 110-D, DDA Flat (LIG), Jhilmil, Delhi-
110095 and it is necessary that I should appoint some proper person to
represent me for the purposes hereinafter mentioned.

NOW, THIS DEED WITNESSETH that I, aforementioned executant


hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my father Sh. Ranbir Singh S/o
Late Sh. Rawel Singh R/o 99-B, DDA Flat (LIG), Delhi- 110095 as my
attorney, in my name on my behalf, in the manners hereinafter
mentioned:

1. To sign and verify plaints, written statements, petition and other


necessary applications or documents, appeal, revision in my name
and on my behalf and to appear before any Judge, Magistrate or
other officer or authority, empowered by law to hear any suit or
proceedings or any enquiry concerning anything in which I may
have any interest .

2. To engage, in my name and on my behalf, advocate or advocates or


any other legal practitioner, to execute Vakalatnama/ Power of
Attorney whenever and wherever necessary and to give necessary
instructions to that.

3. To sign any compromise with any person in my name and on my


behalf in any legal proceedings which may take place in future.

4. To let or lease the aforesaid property whether for a fixed term or on


monthly or other periodical tenancy or occupation on such terms
and conditions as the said Attorney may deem fit and to recover
and receive from the tenants and occupiers of the said property all
rents and sums of money now due or hereafter to become due for
rent or compensation for use and occupation thereof or damage
thereto. And to take all lawful proceedings by way of suit or
otherwise for recovery of all arrears of rents now due or hereinafter
to become due to me and for evicting and ejecting defaulting
determining the tenancies or occupation thereof and for obtaining,
receiving and retaining possession of the aforesaid property by
such defaulters.

5. To execute and effect all repairs, alterations, constructions, major


or minor, in respect of all or an such houses or building or a portion
thereof as occasion may require and to do every other act and thing
if and that may be necessary for the purpose.

6. To represent myself and to do all acts, proceedings, filing


applications etc. before the Delhi Development Authority,
Municipal Corporation of Delhi and all other local/civil agencies
working in Delhi. And to file the house tax, electricity bills, water
bills etc. if any before the appropriate authority.

7. To sign, execute, perfect, and do, or cause to be executed, signed,


perfected, and done, all such deeds, instruments and things which
may in the opinion of the said attorney be expedient or necessary
for all or in relation to any of the foregoing purposes or matters.

8. And generally to do, execute and perform any other acts, deeds,
matters or things, whatsoever which in the portion of my said
Attorney ought to be done, executed and performed in relation to
my property or in or about my concerns, engagements and business
as fully and effectively in all respects as I my self could do if I
were personally present.
In witness whereof this General Power of Attorney is hereby
executed on the 23rd day of March, 2021 above stated in the
