Date:- On 21-02-2022 at 04.15 a.m. the complainant Mrs. Pada Kom Nagaraja, 52 years old,
Bavusara Kshatriya Caste, Housewife residing at Kumbarabidi, Seegehalli, Shimoga, Town Mo No.
9620303703 came to the police station at 04.30 a.m. The gist of the complaint filed by the plaintiff is
that the plaintiff's son, Harsha @ Hindu Varsha, 28 years of age, is working as an assistant to Sachin
Raikar, an engineer. The plaintiff's son, Ige, had worked for Hindutva and cow protection as a
Bajrang activist for 5 years. So the Muslim youth would not have seen him... MKK Road Muslim
youth [Adil and Pathan Companions) KR Puram, Road, RML Nagar and Cork City and other Muslim
youth told me.
He often told the accused that there is a threat to his life, some people are walking around claiming
that they will kill me. He used to say that he would not go to anyone's time, on this day: 20-02-2022
at around 8.00 pm, Harsha, the son of the plaintiff, went from home to the hotel and said that he
would come and have dinner. At 9.30 pm you informed your son Harsha that some Muslim
assailants attacked him with weapons at NT Road, Bharti Colony Cross opposite Kamath Petrol
Station and took him to Megan Hospital for treatment. Immediately the plaintiff and his daughter
Rajani Meggan came to the hospital and saw that my son Harsha was lying in a pool of blood and he
was not talking. As my son was a Bajrang Dal activist, the Muslim miscreants would not have seen
him... In the same matter.. On this day: 20-02-2022, between 8.45 pm and 9.15 pm, Muslim
miscreants attacked him with deadly weapons and killed him. I am in shock due to the death of my
son and am undergoing treatment at Meghran Hospital I have written this complaint to my
acquaintance Sachin Raikar and signed below, requesting to trace the Muslim miscreants who
murdered my son and take legal action against them.
