FOR TODAY 22.02.2023.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the abovementioned matter is pending trial before

this Hon’ble Court.

2. It is submitted that the Applicant / Accused is situated in

industrial suburb, Tumkur road, Yashwantpur, Banglore-
560022. The Accused No.2 and 3 are jointly Directors of
the Accused No.1 company. However, One of the Director
of the company has died, and there was a management
crisis in the Company.
3. The Accused no.3, with leave of this Hon’ble Court, is
praying to close the matter by issuing post dated cheques
for the same.

4. That in view of the above the Applicant/Accused No. 2

couldn’t appear in the court due to Professional
constraints and files exemption from this Hon’ble Court
for this day only.
5. It is submitted that the non appearance of the Accused
no.2 Applicant before this Hon’ble Court on 06.11.2023
was neither intentional nor deliberate but for the reason
stated above.

6. That the accused No. 2 undertakes not to be absent

before Court on any future dates and undertakes to be
punctual in future

Court that in view of the above mentioned facts and
circumstances, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:
