Ld Advocate for applicant submitted that applicant is


released on Anticipatory bail as per order in ABA No. 2322/2021.
By this application, applicant seek permission to travel abroad to
Seychelles, Mahe Island for the purpose of leisure / vacation. In
brief it is contention of applicant that he is practicing advocate. He

has deep roots in the society and there is no likelihood of his


absconding. As per condition in ABA order dated 26/04/2022,
Court prevented him from travelling outside India without prior
permission of Court. Therefore, prayed for permission to travel
Seychelles, Mahe Island.

2. Ld. APP opposed application and submitted that in


view of allegations against applicant/ accused, there is possibility of
his absconding, if he is permitted to travel abroad. Hence prayed
for rejection of application.

3. In view of submissions from both the sides and taking


into consideration allegations against the applicant, this court
granted Anticipatory bail on condition of taking prior permission
before travel outside India. On consideration of business of
applicant, I am of the opinion that, permission may be granted to
applicant. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

1. Miscellaneous Application No.618 of 2022 in Anticipatory Bail


Application No No.2322/2021 is hereby allowed.

2. The applicant Sunny Punamiya is permitted to travel abroad


from 24/12/2022 to 30/12/2022 on following conditions:

(a) He should provide his contact numbers to the Investigating


Officer.

(b) He is directed to report to the concerned police station and to


the Court on returning India within two days.

(c) Applicant shall obey other conditions imposed in Anticipatory


Bail Application No. 2322 of 2021 on 20/11/2021.

3. Miscellaneous Application No.618 of 2022 in Anticipatory


Bail Application No.2322/2021 stands disposed of
accordingly.
