1. This is an application preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under
Order I Rule 10 CPC seeking to implead Smt. Anita Manocha D/o
Late Sohan Lal and widow of Sh. Naveen Manocha as well as their
son Sh. Nitish pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court vide order
dated 24.11.2022.
2. Issue notice.
3. Mr. Gigi C. George, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of
Respondents No. 1 to 3 and submits that he has no objection to the
application being allowed.
4. For the reasons stated in the application and considering that
both the proposed Respondents are legal heirs of late Sh. Naveen
Manocha, the application is allowed.
5. Smt. Anita Manocha D/o Late Sohan Lal and Sh. Nitish S/o
Late Naveen Manocha are impleaded as Respondents No. 4 and 5,
respectively.

8. Issue notice to the newly added Respondents No. 4 and 5,

through all permissible modes, returnable on 01.12.2022, the date
already fixed.

10. At this stage, Mr. Gigi C. George, learned counsel submits that
he has entered appearance on 24.11.2022 as well but inadvertently his
name is not shown in the appearance for the Respondents.
11. On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Respondents, the
order dated 24.11.2022 is modified to the extent that the appearance of
Mr. Gigi C. George, Advocate shall be reflected on behalf
Respondents.
12. The order passed today shall be read along with the order dated
24.11.2022.
