PERSONAL APPEARANCE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
APPLICANT/WITNESS

Most Respectfully Showeth :

1. That the above noted case is pending adjudication before this

Hon’ble Court and fixed for today.

2. That the applicant/witness could not appear today before this

Hon’ble Court due to applicant is suffering from viral fever.

3. That in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

applicant is preferring the present exemption from personal

appearance before this Hon’ble Court on 25.03.2023

4. That the non-appearance of the applicant/witness is neither

intentional nor deliberately but due to reason above

mentioned.
5. That the present application is being filed bonafide and in the

interest of justice.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this

Hon’ble Court may kindly be exempted only from today, in

the interest of justice.
