1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and
is fixed for today.

2. That the Accused/Applicant Mr. Kumaravel is the proprietor of M/S 2A

Allianz having registered office at No.19, Pandian Street, VPG Nagar,
Mogappiar, Chennai-600037. Mr. Kumaravel S/O P. Sivashanmugavel,
Aged about 45 years, R/O No.127A, Brick Road, Flat No.1021, First Block,
Second Floor, TVH Lumbini Square Purasawakkam, Chennai-600007.

3. That the Applicant/Accused is seeking exemption from personal

appearance on medical grounds. The Applicant shall not be able to
appear before this Hon’ble Court due to illness. Hence, present
Application.

4. That the absence of the Applicant/Accused is neither intentional nor

deliberate but due to the aforesaid bonafide reason.

5. That the applicant/accused is ready to abide by any condition laid down

by this Hon'ble Court.
 PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court

may kindly be pleased to:

a. Allow the Applicant/Accused to be exempted from personal

presence on today, i.e. 09.08.2019.

b. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and

proper under the abovesaid facts and circumstances of the case.
