    APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL APPEARANCE OF THE ACCUSED NO. 3

    RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

    1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for hearing today.

    2. That all the accused are residents of Mumbai, Maharashtra. That Accused No. 3 is suffering from
    high fever, and as a result of ill health she is not in a condition to travel, and as a consequence she
    cannot appear before this Hon’ble Court.

    3. That the Accused No. 3 humbly prays that she may be granted exemption for today as she is not in a
    fit state to appear before this Hon’ble Court.

    4. That the absence of the accused is not intentional but due to the unavoidable and aforesaid bona fide
    reasons.

    It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the personal appearance of the Accused N0. 3 may kindly be
    exempted for today.
