Sir/Madam,

The captioned matter is a civil suit for damages filed before this Hon'ble court to
restrain the Respondents from further exhibiting the movie “New Delhi” by issuing an
order of permanent injunction against the respondents and also to issue a decree to
accounts of profits made by the Respondents from the film. The film was released by
the Respondents on 12th November 2023 and since then the Respondents have made
huge profits from the film and continue to profit from it every passing day.

These circumstances amount to very acute violation of Petitioner’s intellectual

property rights and by virtue of the same rights, the profits from made from the film
should only be Petitioner’s prerogative. This matter was filed before this Hon'ble
court on 2nd April,2024 so this matter has not been taken up on board yet but it is
very urgent this matter be taken on board.

In the above circumstances, BE PLEASED to circulate papers of the captioned

matter and list this matter on 5th April, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. or at any time thereafter,
for urgent directions.

The Hon’ble court has accepted the matter and has issued summons to both the
