kodungaloor P.O Thrissur- 680664 do hereby solemnly affirm and state
as follows:

1. I am the 1st
petitioner herein and conversant to the facts of the
case. I am
swearing to this on my own.
2. The above
contempt petition is filed seeking a direction to
provide police protection against the
illegal obstructions created
by R5 to R7. When the
said

 3. When the above petition came up for consideration this court

directed me to produce a true copy of the complaint given to the

respondent 1. On 13.10.2022 I sent a written complaint from my
official email ID to the respondent but till now no action has

been taken so far.

4. The above documents are pertinent for the disposal of the above

filed contempt petition. Hence I humbly pray that the above

documents may kindly be accepted for consideration in the

above filed contempt petition otherwise I would suffer

considerable hardship and irreparable injury.

The facts stated above are true to the best of my knowledge,
