1. That the captioned matter is pending for adjudication in the Hon’ble Court
and is fixed for today for framing of notice.
2. That the accused is not well due to some high blood pressure and high sugar
level therefore he could not attend the court.
3. That the non appearance of the accused is not deliberate and voluntary.

Prayer
It is humbly prayed to the Hon’ble court to exempt the accused from
personal appearance on the basis of above mentioned facts and
circumstances.
