2. That the accused is not able to appear before this Hon’ble court today as
he is a senior citizen and not well because of stomach upset.

3. That the absence of accused is not deliberate nor intentional but because
of the he reason mentioned above.

PRAYER
It is therefore, in light of above- mentioned facts and circumstances, most
respectfully prayed to this Honble Court to kindly allow the present application
for today only in the interest of justice.
