    APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF COMPLAINANT FOR SEEKING EARLY
    HEARING DUE TO COVID SITUATION, A LONG DATE WAS FIXED IN
    NOVEMBER BY EN BLOC
    MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

    1. That the above stated case is pending before this Hon'ble Court and
    the same is fixed for hearing on 26 /11/2021.
    2. That the applicant/complainant has filed the above said complaint for
    commission of offences under section 499 & 500 of the Indian Penal
    Code for making/ writing/ publishing/ false and defamatory
    statements in letter dated 09/09/2020 against the complainant by
    the above named respondent.
    3. That the respondent is not interested in the speedy disposal of this
    case and is intended to harass the petitioner.
    4. That the principle of natural justice equity and good conscience
    demands that the matter may be heard earlier and no purpose will be
    served in keeping the matter in pending for 26/11/2021 as the
    reputation of the complainant who is working as Chief Manager with
    State Bank of India at New Delhi is on stake and an early hearing may
    provide him relief from mental agony that he is going through.
    5. That if the present application is not allowed then the Plaintiff will
    suffer irreparable loss and injury which cannot be compensated by
    any means whatsoever.

    PRAYER

    In view of the fact and circumstances mentioned above it is prayed that this
    Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to list the matter earlier for hearing on
    or before 26.11.2021 for proper adjudication of the case, in the interest of
    justice

    Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the
    facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the
    Complainant and against the Accused.
