APPLICANT/ACCUSED RAHUL.
Most respect fully Showeth:
1. That the above said titled matter is pending trial before the Hon’ble
court and the same has fixed today for miscellaneous appearance.

2. That the applicant has not appeared before the Hon’ble court because
he was at his native village Muzzafarpur for treatment of his paralysed
father, consequently he neither received summon of court nor he could
appear before the same resulting NBWs was issued against the accused.
the copy of medical certificates is attached here for perusal of Hon’ble
court.

3. That the absence of applicant before the Hon’ble court was neither
intentional nor willful but due to above said reason only.

4. That the applicant further undertakes to maintain more care for his
appearance before the Hon’ble court and will never miss.
PRAYER
It is therefore, most respect fully prayed to the Hon’ble court that may
kindly be pleased to cancel the NBWs of applicant/accused, accordingly
aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the interest of justice.
