1. That the abovementioned matter is pending trial before this

Hon’ble Court.

2. That in view of the above the Accused couldn’t appear in the

court as he is not well and has run into a serious contagious
infection, and is therefore, not in a position to attend the court
physically and files exemption from this Hon’ble Court for this
day only.

3. It is submitted that the non appearance of the Accused

Applicant before this Hon’ble Court on 05.03.2024 was neither
intentional nor deliberate but for the reason stated above.
4. That the accused undertakes not to be absent before Court on
any future dates and undertakes to be punctual in future
PRAYER:
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court
that in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, this
