The Refund Of The Court Fees

The humble plaintiff named above most respectfully begs to state

as under: -

1) That the plaintiff has filed this suit No.323 of 2019 and
counter claim No. 726 of 2020 Mrs. Vibhuti Jaiswal V. Atlas
Brands Private Limited, before this honourable court.

2) That the Defendant had paid the court fees of Rs 29,500/-

(Twenty nine thousand five hundred only) in the afore-stated
suit, at the time of institution.
3) That during the pendency of the case, the parties arrived at
the compromise and the suit was decided in terms of
compromise in Patiala House Court on dated 19.01.2021.

4) That since the suit has been decided in terms of the

compromise in the Hon’ble Court the plaintiff is entitled to
have the refund of the court fees of Rupees 29,500/-(Twenty
nine thousand five hundred only) which was paid by him at
the time of institution of the aforesaid suit.

Wherefore it is respectfully prayed that the amount of

court fee i.e. Rs 29,500/-(Twenty nine thousand five hundred
only) may kindly be refunded to the Defendant and the
certificate of refund be granted to the Defendant, authorising
him to receive back from the, collector, the said amount of
court fee of Rs 29,500/-(Twenty nine thousand five hundred
only) or any other order which the court may deem fit and
proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case be
also passed in favour of the Respondent.
