ARE SOMEHOW BONAFIDELY LEFT FROM EXHIBITING.

1. It is submitted that the present suit is filed for recovery of RS.

12,70,000 /- along with interest. The contents of the same
may kindly be read as part and parcel of the present
application.

2. That the present matter is pending before Hon’ble court for

Evidence of Plaintiff until next date of hearing on16/08/2023.

3. That the plaintiff produce evidentiary documents which are

exhibited/marked in the court but somehow bonafidely some
document are left from exhibiting/marking even though these
 documents were produced before Hon’ble Court but not
exhibited/marked on 08/08/2023.

4. That the present counsel for plaintiff during file inspection,

surprisingly found out that some document which are attested
but are not exhibited/ marked . However, these documents are
presented before Hon’ble court but somehow bonafidely
relinquish from exhibiting/marked.

5. That if the present application is rejected it will cause grave

miscarriage of justice as these unexhibited / unmarked
documents are quintessential for the present suit.

PRAYER:-

It is, therefore, most respectfully prays the Hon’ble court may

kindly be pleased to :

1. Allow to exhibit/mark the relinquish documents for better

jurisdiction.

2. Any other Order(s) may kindly also be passed as the Hon’ble

deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
case.
