MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That in the present application the Accused/Applicant is ................

adjudication before this Hon’ble Court and the next date of hearing is fixed for

20.8.2012.

2. That the Accused/Applicant is in the judicial custody since 25.6.2012.

3. That the Accused/Applicant was living at the abovementioned address.

4. That the Accused/Applicant is a peace loving, innocent, hardworking and law-

abiding citizen. Being a young person of just 19 years of age, confinement in

judicial custody for a long period shall have a negative impact on him and his

family members.

5. That the Accused/Applicant belongs to the economically weaker section of the

society. He works as an auto driver in order to support his family. Confinement in

judicial custody for a long period of time shall prevent the Accused/Applicant
from earning in order to provide for his family.

6. That the accused/applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated by the

police in the present case and the allegations that have been levelled against him

are absolutely false and baseless.

7. That there is no possibility of threatening the witnesses or tampering with the

evidence, nor is there any likelihood that the applicant/accused shall abscond or

evade the due process of law.

8. That the accused/applicant hereby undertakes to comply with whatever terms

and conditions imposed by this Hon’ble Court while granting him bail in the

present case.

9. That the accused/applicant undertakes to attend the court and the Police station

as and when directed by this Hon’ble court.

PRAYER

Therefore, keeping in view the said facts and circumstances stated herein above in the

interest of justice it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously

be pleased to:

A) Release the Accused/ Applicant on BAIL / PERSONAL BOND till the final

disposal of the case.

B) Any other order that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit proper may also be passed
