Sir,
The application is submitted as under:-

1. That above noted case is pending before this hon'ble court for 14.03.2023

2. that the above noted case was registered by the police of P.S city

budhlada .At the time of arrest of accused Mandeep singh @monu,the

police had taken into possession the above said mobile phone model

iPhone 13 Pro, color Sierra Blue made by apple from the personal search

of the accused.the accused is owner of the above said mobile phone.

3. That the above said mobile phone is in custody of police of P.S city

Budhlada

It is therefore prayed that the application may kindly be

allowed and issue necessary directions to the investigating officer of P.S city

Budhlada to hand over the above said phone to the applicant in the interest of

justice.
