CONTRACT

I am Paramjit Singh, son of Bhagwan Singh, resident of Randhawa

Colony, Mukeria, Post Office - Mukeria, Tehsil - Mukeria, District
Hoshiarpur.

Balwinder Singh son of Tehil Singh resident of Randhawa Colony

Mukeria, Post Office - Mukeria. Tehsil-Mukerian, District Hosiarpur

….Second Party

That the house is situated in street no.1 Situated opposite Randhawa

Hospital in Tehsil-Mukerian, District-Hoshiarpur, the rent of which has
been fixed between the above said parties as per the following terms
and conditions which are as follows -

1. That the house is situated in street no.1 Situated opposite

Randhawa Hospital in Tehsil-Mukerian, District-Hoshiarpur.
2. That the above house is owned by Paramjit Singh.
3. This is that I, the first party, have rented the house to Balwinder
Singh son of Tehal Singh, resident of Randhawa Colony Mukeria,
Post Office- Mukerian, Tehsil- Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur on
rent of Rs.5000/- per month and this Rent deed is effective from
15-11-2019.

4. That Balwinder Singh has accepted that the electricity bill will be
my responsibility. Any kind of damage or repair in the house will
be done according to the owner's will and the rent of the house
will be paid on every 10th of every month.

5. That both parties will be bound by the contract.

So this contract was written which is believed to be correct and

signed by both the parties
