Dear Sir,

Please refer to your letter no. HSIIDC/IMT/ESTATE/2019/4783 dated 06.02.2019, wherein the
corporation has agreed in principal to allow Provisional Transfer of Plot, in favour of SMT. SUPARNA
HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident
of E-191, Richmond Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, for Setting up a project of
Manufacturing of HOME FURNISHING PRODUCTS.

In this regards, we would like to submit that we have personally appeared before you today on
18.02.2019 and confirming the transaction of Sale / Transfer of Industrial Plot no. 425, Sector – 08,
I.E. IMT MANESAR, Distt. Gurugram, in favour of SMT. SUPARNA HANDA and SHRI RAHUL PURI

Please find attached herewith the Original Affidavits executed by us as clarified above, for your kind
reference and record.

I/We, MSS SRINATH – Director of M/s HBL Power Systems Limited, having its Registered office
at 8-2-601, Road no. 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500034, Allottee/Transferor(s) of Industrial Plot
no. 425, Sector 08, Industrial Estate IMT MANESAR, Tehsil Manesar, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana
admeasuring 4050 Square Meters, do hereby solemnly affirm and declares as under :-

1. That Industrial Plot no. 425, Sector - 08, I. E. IMT MANESAR, Gurugram, Haryana admeasuring
4050 Square Meters, wass allotted by HSIIDC in our favour vide Regular Letter of Allotment
Memo Ref. no. HSIDC:ESTATE:04:18995-96 dated 13.12.2004 for Setting up a project of
Manufacturing of AVIONICS EQUIPMENTS

2. That I/we hereby declares that there is no Bank Loan / Lien of any financial institution on the
said plot, as on date.

3. That I/we have sold the said plot to SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and
SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond Park,
DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana for setting up a project for Manufacturing of
HOME FURNISHING PRODUCTS and have received Full and Final payment on 18.02.2019

4. That on my/our request, HSIIDC has agreed in principal, vide their Provisional Transfer Letter no.
HSIIDC/IMT/ESTATE/2019/4783, dated 06.02.2019, to transfer the said plot in favour of
SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem
Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002,
Haryana.

5. That I/we understand and accept that the Provisional Transfer Letter conveys only technical
permission in terms of allotment, which is required to be taken by the Allottee from the
Corporation and will not absolve me/us for any clearance required for any of the authorities
under any other Act(s), whatsoever and the Corporation shall in no way be responsible for any
violation of any Act(s), applicable from time to time, if committed by us.

6. That I/we have handed over the Physical Possession and Original Documents of the said plot
along with building constructed thereon to SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri
and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond
Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, after receiving Full and Final Payment.

7. That I/we have no objection of the said plot is transferred by HSIIDC in favour of
SMT. SUPARNA HANDA and SHRI RAHUL PURI

8. That the HSIIDC shall remain indemnified from all actions arising out of the various documents
signed and executed by the Deponents in favour of the Transferee, which the HSIIDC may suffer
on account of any action, losses etc. by transferring the said plot in favour of SMT. SUPARNA
HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both
resident of E-191, Richmond Park, DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana

9. That my/our legal heirs, successors and assigns shall have no claim, title and interest etc.
whatsoever in the said Industrial Plot.

10. That I/we have not entered into any Agreement to Sell nor executed any other document
including General Power of Attorney in respect of this Industrial Plot in favour of any other
person and have no dispute with any person in regard to the Industrial Plot is pending.

11. That this Affidavit signed by me/us may be considered as my/our final consent and Plot no. 425,
Sector – 08, I.E. IMT MANESAR, Distt. Gurgaon, Haryana, admeasuring 4050 Square Meters, may
be finally transferred in the name of SMT. SUPARNA HANDA wife of Shri Rahul Puri and
SHRI RAHUL PURI son of Shri Prem Kumar Puri, both resident of E-191, Richmond Park,
DLF Phase – IV, Gurugram – 122002, Haryana, for setting up a project of Manufacturing of
HOME FURNISHING PRODUCTS.
