RENT AGREEMENT

THIS RENT AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED ON THIS 19/09/2022


BETWEEN
Mrs. SHAMEEM BEGUM W/O LATE MAJEED MIYA, and residing at PLOT NO 760, NEAR SIVAJI CHOWK,
JANWADA, BIDAR, KARNATAKA, 585402 (OWNER OF PROPERTY) AND IT’S AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY BY
Admond World (SERVICE PROVIDER, FIRST PARTY) (Hereinafter called the service provider/Lessor of the
PLOT NO 760, NEAR SIVAJI CHOWK, JANWADA, BIDAR, KARNATAKA, 58540
IN FAVOUR OF
MRS. JYOTI SANCHETI W/O SHAILENDRA SANCHETI R/O 325/7 UDAY MARG, GALI NO.7 RAJA PARK,
TILAK NAGAR, JAIPUR , JAWAHAR NAGAR JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN - 302004. IN THE CAPACITY OF
COMPANY OF M/S VASANSI JAIPUR.

On the following terms and Conditions


1. That the first party is absolute owner and possessor of the House situated PLOT NO 760,
NEAR SIVAJI CHOWK, JANWADA, BIDAR, KARNATAKA, 585402 That the first party
has agreed to sub let-out the said premises to the second party on annual rental basis and
the party have agreed for the same. That the annual rent is Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand
only) which will payable by the second party in advance. That the first party has already
handed over the said premised for the registration to the second party for in carrying
business that the second party has to pay electricity charges and the property tax will be
paid by the first party.

2. That the lease period is for 11 month from the date of this rent agreement and it will be auto
cancelled if not renewed before one month of ending of lease agreement date.

3. That in the event of the any parties desires to terminate this agreement he/she may do so by
giving one month’s notice in advance to the other party in writing about his/her intention to
do so.

4. That the Lessee shall not make any alteration or addition to the structures in the said
premises without the written consent of the Lessor.

5. That the Lessee shall keep the premises in good tenable condition and shall not cause any
damage to the premises or fitting/fixture.

6. That the second party may also use the address for business correspondence. Second party
may use the Address for obtaining License from Local Authority as per rules and regulation
only after getting a written permission from Service provider and also comply with the
requirement of maintaining records as per section 35 of CGST Act,2017 and rule 56 to 58 of
CGST rules, 2017.

7. That The Second party has taken place of Business for the registration foEcommerce
warehouse only, the Lessee will registered with other ecommerce operator withprior
consents of service provider or lessor otherwise this rental agreement is nulland void.

8. That the second party should not further sub-let the said leased premises to any third
person and should not make any major alteration.

9. That the second party shall do GST Compliance and will pay monthly taxes and file GST
return and also file annual return on timely basis, In future if in case any contradiction of
any terms and conditions of this agreement or if second party do not comply any GST
compliances than The Service Provider will not be responsible and this agreement become
NULL AND VOID.

10. That the second party declares that we will affix company’s Name board at the premises for
displaying as a principle place of business at the address as per the rules and regulation of
GST Act 2017.
11. That the second party does hereby declare that we will maintain required books of accounts
at the premises as the same we applied for GST Registration as per the required provision of
GST Act 2017. In case any of the above information is found to be incorrect at a later date, my
registration shall be liable to be cancelled by the departments.

12. If the Lessee does any unlawful act contrary to the Law, then this agreement would get
automatically terminated.

13. Any notice, correspondence delivered by registered post should be taken as served legally by
both the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE LESSOR AND THE LESSEE HAVE SET THEIR RESPECTIVE HANDS
TO THIS LEASE AGREEMENT OF THE DAY, MONTH & YEAR AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
