MEMORANDUM OF DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS

This Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds executed at villupuram On

deemed to include his / her / their successor and assigns).
TO AND IN FAVOUR OF

M/s. Sundaram Home Finance Limited, having its Registered Office at


No.21, Patullos Road, Chennai - 600002 and having its Branch Office at
No:44, 2nd Main Road, Phase-1, B-1Block, MatruKudiyiruppu, Indra Nagar,
Neyveli-607801,, hereinafter referred to as “Sundaram Home”, the PARTY OF
THE SECOND PART. (Which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant
to the context be deemed to include its successor and assigns).

Whereas the Party of the FIRST PART have been sanctioned a Loan of
Rs.49,93,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakhs and Ninety three Thousand
Only) by SECOND PART.

Whereas the Party of the FIRST PART has agreed that the repayment of the
said loan of Rs.49,93,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakhs and Ninety
three Thousand Only) shall be secured by deposit of the Deeds of
immovable property owned by the Party of the First Part.

Whereas the Party of the FIRST PART have agreed to create the security
interest to secure the sanctioned loan to be advanced / advanced by

Sundaram Home Finance Limited, being the Lender, as the


securedcreditor in accordance with the provisions of Section 58 ( f ) of
Transfer of Property Act, 1882.

Whereas the Party of the FIRST PART are authorized to deposit the said Title
Documents with intent to create a Equitable Mortgage on the said
immovable property/ies.

NOW THIS MEMORANDUM DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS WITNESSETH :

That in consideration of the sum Rs.49,93,000/- (Rupees Forty


Nine Lakhs and Ninety three Thousand Only) sanctioned by
M/s.Sundaram Home Finance Limited to Mr.M. Ravi (Title holder
name) as security for due payment of the said sum of Rs.49,93,000/-
(Rupees Forty Nine Lakhs and Ninety three Thousand Only) together
with interest that may become due and payable, the Party of the FIRST PART
has this day deposited with Sundaram Home Finance Limited the Title
Deeds morefully described in Schedule “ A “ hereunder, relating to his / her
/ their property morefully described in Schedule “ B ” hereunder, with an
intent to create an Equitable Mortgage by way of Deposit of Title Deeds of
the said property owned by the Party of the FIRST PART including interest,
commitment charges, cost charges and other monies and may become due
and payable from time to time by the Part of the FIRST PART to Sundaram
Home Finance Limited.
