36 years, hereinafter called the Creditor.

Maduravoyal, Chennai-600095, hereinafter called the Mortgagor.
Whereas the Mortgagor has availed total Loan from
executed a Memorandum of Deposits of title deeds in favour of the
CREDITOR, which is registered in the Office of the
Virugambakkam, as per Table 1.

Whereas by mutual consent between the CERDITORS and
the Mortgagor, the CREDITORS City Union Bank Ltd.,
Maduravoyal Branch received the said principal loan amount of
Rs.1,51,10,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fifty One Lakhs and Ten
Thousand Only) together with interest thereon in full and Final
settlement of all its claims has decided to discharge the under
mentioned property from the Equitable Mortgage Encumbrance.

NOW THIS DEED OF RECEIPT for discharge of Equitable


Mortgage Encumbrance is executed by the City Union Bank,
Maduravoyal Branch in and by which the bank hereby release and
relinquishes its claim to proceed against the under mentioned
property for the recovery of the loan due and payable by the
BORROWER.
In all the respects, the banks has no recourse against the
under mentioned property hereafter. The Property is free from the
equitable Mortgage Encumbrance by this deed.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF Mr.ISAKKIMUTHU.M City Union
Bank, Maduravoyal Branch, has executed this deed of RECEIPT
for discharge of Equitable Mortgage of this day of 22.05.2023.
