insolvency commencement date, being the 26th day of March 2024, actually
indebted to me for a sum of Rs.76,90,534.57/- (Rupees Seventy Six Lakhs Ninety
Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Four Only) along with future interest.
2. In respect of my claim of the said sum or any part thereof, I have relied on the
