Hereinafter called the DEPOSITORS which term shall mean and include his/her heirs,

Hereinafter called THE DEPOSITEE BANK which term shall mean and include its
The said Shri/Smt. Mrs Buchi Padmavathi, W/o Buchi Akkireddy stated that the
documents of title, evidences, deeds and writings more particularly described in the First
Schedule hereunder written (hereinafter called the "said title deeds") in respect of his/her
immovable properties situate at Flat bearing No.4(104), located in the GROUND Floor of
"Sri Sitaram Towers", Tadepalli, Guntur – 522501 more particularly described in the
Second Schedule hereunder written together with all buildings and structures thereon
both present and future (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "said immovable
properties") were deposited on 29-03-2018 by them with BOB with an intent to create a
security by way of mortgage by deposit of title deeds on his/her said immovable properties
for securing the due repayment, discharge and redemption by him/her as principal
borrowers to the account of Buchi Padmavathi, W/o Buchi Akkireddy & Buchi
together with interest, additional interest, compound interest, further interest by way of
guarantee commission, commission for Letter of Credit, costs, charges, expenses and
other moneys payable under their Heads of Agreement / Loan Agreements / Letters of
Sanction / Memorandum or Terms and Conditions amended from time to time. Buchi
Padmavathi, W/o Buchi Akkireddy & Buchi Akkireddy on the same day, further orally
confirmed to the said Shri Marneni Subrahmanyam of the Bank, that the mortgage created
properties shall be extended as and by way of further mortgage by deposit of title deeds
and /or additional interest, costs, charges and expenses and the existing mortgage
together with the further mortgage created hereunder shall henceforth be a continuing
security to the Bank for due repayment, discharge and redemption by him/her as principal
involved, payable by him/her/M/s. Buchi Padmavathi, W/o Buchi Akkireddy & Buchi
Sanction and Memorandum of terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
On the same day, Mrs Buchi Padmavathi, W/o Buchi Akkireddy further deposited with
Shri. Marneni Subrahmanyam, aged 33 years, S/o Singaiah Marneni, vide aadhar no:
968086187028, Branch Manager of the Bank, acting for the Bank further documents,
evidences, consents and permissions, more particularly described in the Third Schedule
hereunder written in respect of the said immovable properties as security in favour of the
Bank as aforesaid Shri Marneni Subrahmanyam , Branch Manager of the Bank, acting for

enjoyment of all the common and joint rights of said entire building and also along with
