MEMORANDUM OF DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS

THIS MEMORANDUM OF DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS executed at Ponnuru on this 18th day of
JULY 2022 by Mr. Jampani Aadinarayana S/O Mr. Jampani Krishnamurthy , Aged About 43 Years,
Are Residing At D.No.4-6/1, 7th Ward, Mulukuduru, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India hereinafter called
the Borrower/s (which expression wherever it occurs shall mean and include himself/herself/themselves
/his/her/their legal heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and assigns) to and in favour of
M/s. FIVE STAR BUSINESS FINANCE LIMITED a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956,
having its Registered/Corporate office at New No. 27, Old No. 4, Taylor's Road, Kilpauk, Chennai Tamil
Nadu – 600010 and having a Branch office at D.No:12-4-58,59, 1st Floor, Mutyalapet, Beside Sai Srinivasa
Dental & Skin Care Clinic, Perala, Chirala-523 157.Rep its Branch Manager K Seshagiri Babu (Aadhar
Number: 2108 2620 0262) hereinafter called the Lender (which expression wherever it occurs shall mean and
include its successors in office, executors and assigns) witnesseth.

BORROWER/S.
Whereas the Lender Company has sanctioned a loan of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only) to the
Borrower/s on 16.07.2022 and which sum has been received/to be received by the Borrower/s and as a security
for the due repayment of the sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only) together with the interest and
other charges the Borrower/s visited the Lenders Branch office at Chirala on 14.07.2022 and deposited with the
Lender the title deeds described in the first schedule relating to their property described in the Second schedule
with an intent to create mortgage by way of deposit of title deeds as envisaged under section-58(f) of the transfer
of property over the property.
The Borrower hereby convenants that the said property is not subject to any mortgage, lien, charge, or
any other kind of encumbrances whatsoever.

East By: Chakravaram Subbaraju Site
West By: Chakravaram Subbaraju Site

The above property is situated within the Registration District of Guntur and Registration Sub - District of
Ponnur
