Nidubroulu, Ponnuru – 522124. Andhra Pradesh. herein called ‘The Depositor’ which terms shall wherever
the context mean and include his, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns

business among other places at Shanti Plaza, 4 th Floor, Near Benz Circle, Opp Matha Towers, Gayatri Nagar,
Vijayawada – 520010 and Rep.by its Area Business Manager, Mr. P. Venkata Ratnam S/o. P. Koteswara Rao
aged about 38 Years, D No: 24-9-25, Opp: Sai baba Temple, Koneru Road, R. Agraharam, Guntur-522004.

excluded by or repugnant to the context, be deemed to include its successors and assigns)
The Depositor has already deposited on 19.07.2021 the documents of title of the properties
mentioned in the schedule I here under relating to her property described in schedule II (hereinafter
referred to as the (“Schedule Property”) with the company’s Branch Office Shanti Plaza, 4 th Floor, Near Benz
Circle, Opp Matha Towers, Gayatri Nagar, Vijayawada – 520010. With the Cholamandalam Investment and
Finance Co. Ltd for the purpose of securing repayment to the company of all the amounts owing to the
company under advances made and to be made Applicant Pulipati Satish s/o P. Sambasiva Rao, Aged: 33
Yrs, Occupation: Self-Employed, Co-Applicant Pulipati Lalitha Priya w/o P Satish, Aged: 31 Yrs, Occupation:
Home-Maker, both Residential Address at Door No: 14-6-12/1, 4 th Line, Netaji Nagar, Nidubroulu, Ponnuru
– 522124. Andhra Pradesh. The company for the purpose of securing repayment to the company of all the
amounts owing to the company under advances made and continued to be enjoyed and toe made from
time to time to the above said person for the credit facility of Rs.18,00,000/- (Eighteen Lack Rupees Only)
together with interest, costs, Bank Charges thereon and also to secure all other indebtedness of the above
said person to the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd that may arise in future. The Depositor
declare that the documents mentioned in schedule – I deposited with the M/s Cholamandalam Investment
and Finance Co Ltd are the only documents of title of the Depositor owner relating to the schedule
properties and that there are no other documents of Title to the schedule properties.

Flat No.501 of Fourth Floor of Vrushabadhri Towers bounded by:-

Within the above boundaries an extent of 1185 Sq.ft., (including common and car parking

and etc.,
