[MOBILE NO. 9903003889], son of Manik Chandra Shaw, by faith Hindu, by
occupation - Business, by nationality - Indian, residing at Dakshinayan Lane
No. 6, Chinsurah (P), P.O. Chinruh R.S., P.S. Chinsurah, District Hooghly,
Pin 712102, West Bengal.

Hereinafter called and referred to as the "DEVELOPER" (which terms and expression
shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and include his
heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns) of the SECOND PART.
WHEREAS as per the Agreement for sale dated ……………. Between both the parties
now the above named First Part is the subscriber of the above mentioned flat which is
described in the schedule below (hereinafter referred to as the "said flat") and is desirous
of getting the flat which is constructed on the above mentioned said plot of land.
AND WHEREAS the Other Part is a well-known and/or reputed Developer and is
having vast experience in construction of Building, Flat, Bungalow etc.
AND WHEREAS according to the clause 9.1.3.2 (b) on the page 9 of the Agreement For
Sale dated.__________ the First Part intend to add a iron staircase as an additional work
on the west side of the aforesaid schedule B mentioned flat(A commercial space
exclusively for pathological Lab which is an extension of same lab, situated at the west
side of the said building) for his own and other staff use, and within his own expense, and
the Second Part has no objection as per proposal of the First Part and the parties hereto
have been agreed on the following terms and condition :

ALL THAT piece and parcel of a demarcated plot of Bastu land measuring 2 (Two)
Cottahs 15 (Fifteen) Chittacks 0 (Zero) sq.ft. be the same a little more or less equivalent

to 2115 (Two Thousand One Hundred Fifteen) Square Feet be the same a little more or
less, lying and situate at Mouza - Dharampur, J.L. No. 17, P.S. Chinsurah, comprised in
R.S. Dag No. 155, corresponding to L.R. Dag No. 312, under R.S. Khatian Nos. 15, 51
& 380, L.R. Khatian No. 79/3 (in the name of Tapan Kumar Das, since deceased),
A.D.S.R.O. Chinsurah, Hooghly, within the local limit of Kodaliya 1 No. Gram
Panchayet, having Holding No. 89, Talikhola, Liabrary Road, Chinsurah, P.O. Chinsurah
R.S., in the District Hooghly, Pin- 712102, in the State of West Bengal. The said total
plot of land is butted & bounded as follows:-
ALL THAT piece and parcel of one independent residential flat, being Flat No. 'B', on
the First Floor, North-West Side, measuring 508 (Five Hundred Eight) Square Feet be
the same a little more or less of super built up area, consisting One(1) Bed Room, One(1)
Dining & One(1) Toilet, lying and situated in the said building namely "MALA
APARTMENT", situated at Holding No. 89 (under Kodaliya 1 No. Gram Panchayet),
Talikhola, Liabrary Road, Chinsurah, P.O. Chinsurah R.S., P.S. Chinsurah, District -
Hooghly, Pin-712102, West Bengal, lying and situated on the said plot of land, which is
morefully described in the First Schedule hereinbefore written, together with undivided
proportionate share of land, common areas, common amenities, common facilities of the
said property, lying in the said building.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the parties signed at their free will and full consent on
