DEED OF REVOCATION OF IRREVOCABLE GENERAL

POWER OF ATTORNEY
THIS DEED OF REVOCATION OF IRREVOCABLE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
IS MADE ON THIS THE ___ DAY OF __________, 2012:

BETWEEN

MD. KABIR HOSSAIN KHAN (date of birth .................................), son of Haji Noor
Mohammad Khan, of permanent address of Village-Gopalpur, P.S.-Anayetpur, District-
Sherajgonj, of present address of House # 36, Road # 02, Journalist Plot, Section # 11, Mirpur,
Dhaka, by faith Muslims, by profession-business, by nationality-Bangladeshis by birth,
hereinafter referred to as the “PRINCIPAL”, (which expression unless excluded by or
repugnant to the context shall mean and include their heirs, successors-in-interest, legal
representatives, administrators and assignees) of the FIRST PART.

AND

PRIME BANK LIMITED, a Commercial Bank constituted under the Banking Companies
Act, 1991 and incorporated under the Companies Act 1994, having it‟s Head Office at Adamjee
Court Annex Building II , 119-120 Motijheel Commercial Area, P.S. Motijheel, District-Dhaka,
Bangladesh with one of it‟s branch office at Shomser Plaza (1st Floor), Balibhadra Bazar,
Ganakbari, P.S. Ashulia, Savar, District- Dhaka, better known as “PRIME BANK LIMITED,
GANAKBARI BRANCH” Dhaka, hereinafter referred to as the “ATTORNEY BANK”
(which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include its
successors-in-interest, legal representatives, administrators and assignees) of the OTHER
PART.

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL had appointed the ATTORNEY BANK their lawful Attorney
vide Registered Power of Attorney No. 18341 dated 18.07.2007, registered in the office of Sub-
Registrar, Gulshan, Dhaka to do, execute and perform all acts, deeds and things recited therein
for and on behalf of the PRINCIPAL, in connection with the land described in the schedule
below (hereinafter referred to as the scheduled of the property);

AND WHEREAS the purpose for which the said Attorney was appointed has been exhausted
and satisfied;

AND WHEREAS it has become necessary and/or expedient to revoke the power given to the
ATTORNEY BANK.

NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED OF REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY


WITNESSETH that by this deed the PRINCIPAL do hereby cancel and revoke the said
power of attorney given by execution of Power of Attorney No. 18341 dated 18.07.2007
registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Gulshan, Dhaka absolutely and all powers or authority
thereby and thereunder given to the said ATTORNEY BANK, either expressly or impliedly, to
all intents and purposes shall stand revoked and cancelled as of the date of this Deed of
Revocation.

All pieces and parcels of land measuring an area of 3.30 (three point three zero) decimals
situated within District-Dhaka, Police Station-Khilkhat, Sub-Registry Office-Gulshan, Mouza-
„Joorshahara‟, J. L. No. C.S.-271, S.A.-110, R.S-06, Corresponding to Khatain No. C.S-156 (one
hundred fifty six), S.A.-483 (four hundred eighty three), R.S.-87 (eighty seven), D.P-17487
(seventeen thousand four hundred eighty seven), Plot No. C.S. & S.A.-2964 (two thousand nine
hundred sixty four), R.S plot No-7266 (seven thousand two hundred sixty six), D.P Plot No-
13599 (thirteen thousand five hundred ninety nine), which is butted and bounded by-

On the North : Sale land of Abdul Jobbar;


On the South : Mrs. Gulnahar Begum;
On the East : Road & Faizuddin & others
On the West : Mr. Kabir Hossain Khan.

District-Dhaka, Police Station-Khilkhat, Sub-Registry Office-Gulshan, Mouza-„Joorshahara‟, J.
L. No. C.S.-271, S.A.-110, R.S-06, Corresponding to Khatain No. C.S-156 (one hundred fifty
six), S.A.-483 (four hundred eighty three), R.S.-87 (eighty seven), D.P-17487 (seventeen
thousand four hundred eighty seven), Plot No. C.S. & S.A.-2964 (two thousand nine hundred
sixty four), R.S plot No-7266 (seven thousand two hundred sixty six), D.P Plot No-13601
(thirteen thousand six hundred one), which is butted and bounded by:

On the North : Sale of land of Abdul Jabber;


On the South : Road and Md. Siddiqur Rahaman;
On the East : Mrs. Gulnahar Begum;
On the West : Abu Kosirh Khan.

Sherajgonj, of present address of House # 36, Road # 02, Journalist Plot, Section # 11, Mirpur,
Dhaka, by faith Muslims, by profession-business, by nationality-Bangladeshis by birth, do
hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1. That I am a law-abiding citizen and permanently residing in Bangladesh.


2. That the revocation relating to the immovable property proposed to be transferred is not
under attachment under the Bangladesh Collaborators (Special Tribunal order 1972) P.
O. No. 8 of 1972.
3. That the revocation relating to the immovable property proposed to be transferred is not
abandoned property within the meaning of Bangladesh Abandoned Property (Control,
Management and Disposal) order 1972 (P.O. No. 16 of 1972).
4. That the revocation relating to the immovable property proposed to be transferred has
not been vested in or do not stand forfeited to the Govt. Under any law for the time
being in force.
5. That the revocation relating to proposed transfer is not liable to be void under Article
No. 5 of the Bangladesh Land Holding (Limitation) order 1972 (P. O. No. 98 of 1972).
6. That the revocation relating to proposed property has been correctly described and we
have transferable rights in such property.
7. That the revocation does not contravene any provision of any other law forever in force.
