DEED OF REVOCATION OF IRREVOCABLE GENERAL POWER OF

ATTORNEY

THIS DEED OF REVOCATION OF IRREVOCABLE GENERAL POWER OF


ATTORNEY IS MADE ON THIS THE _____DAY OF ________________, 2019:

"PRINCIPALS"] (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the
context mean and include his heirs, legal representatives, executors, administrators and
assignees) of the ONE PART.

AND

PRIME BANK LIMITED, a scheduled bank incorporated under the Companies


Act, 1994 and governed by the Bank Companies Act, 1991, carrying out its banking
business having its Head Office at Adamjee Court Annex Building- 2, 119-120
Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000, along with one of its branch office namely
“Prime Bank Limited”, "Khulna Branch", 7, Old Jessore Road, Khulna Town,
Khulna, represented by its authorized representative, _____________________ (Date

Designation- __________________, hereinafter referred to as the "ATTORNEY"
(which expression shall, unless excluded by or repugnant to the context, mean and
include its representatives, executors, administrators, successors-in-interest and

WHEREAS, the PRINCIPALS had appointed the ATTORNEY of its lawful attorney
vide Irrevocable Power of Attorney No. 30107 dated 10.12.2007, registered with
the Office of the Sub Registrar, Sadar, Gazipur, to do, execute and perform all
acts, deeds and things recited therein for and on behalf of the PRINCIPALS in
connection with the property as described in the schedule below (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the “Scheduled Property”);

AND WHEREAS, the purpose for which the ATTORNEY was appointed has been
exhausted for the time being;

AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary and/or expedient to revoke the power
given to the ATTORNEY.

NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED OF REVOCATION OF POWER OF


ATTORNEY WITNESSETH that by these deed the PRINCIPALS do hereby cancel
and revoke the said power of attorney given by execution of Irrevocable Power of
Attorney No. 30107 dated 10.12.2007 absolutely and all powers or authority thereby
and thereunder given to the said ATTORNEY, either expressly or impliedly, to all
intents and purposes shall stand revoked and cancelled as of the date of this Deed of
Revocation.

I, declare as follows:

1. That the immovable property to be transferred in the Deed of Revocation


is not under attachment under the Bangladesh Collaborators (Special
Tribunal Order), 1972 (P.O. No. 8 of 1972).

2. That the immovable property to be transferred in the said Deed of


Revocation is not abandoned within the meaning of the Bangladesh
Abandoned Property (Control, Management and Disposal Order), 1972
(P.O. No. 16 of 1972).
3. That the immovable property to be transferred has not been vested in or do
not stand forfeited to the Government under any law for the time being in
force.
4. That the grant of transfer by this Deed of Revocation does not contravene
any provision of any other law for the time being in force in Bangladesh.

5. That the grant of transfer by way of execution of this Deed of Revocation


is not voidable as per Articles 4 of the Bangladesh Land Holding
(Limitation) Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 98 of 1972).

6. That description of the immovable property to be transferred by this Deed


of Revocation has been rightly stated, not undervalued and I have valid
right to transfer said immovable property.

We, further declare that:

We are the absolute owners of the immovable property as stated in the Deed of
Revocation. We have not signed any earnest agreement or have not sold to anyone
else or have not pawned it to anybody. This immovable property is not vested or

abandoned or belongs to the Government by any means. If any kind of wrong
information is written in upper side we will be liable for it and against which
civil/criminal case could be initiated. If there is any mistake, incorrect and
fluctuated information related to the transferred property then we will be under
obligation to rectify the mistakes, to prepare new deed including the
compensation & to make registration of its if necessary affirming new affidavit on
my own expenses. More of Affidavit is given that we are legally entitled to and
have valid right over the property as mentioned in the Deed of Revocation.
