SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, JONATHAN MACOPIA CARRETAS and NICETA MACOPIA CARRETAS,

both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Block 8 Lot 4, Zinc. St., Avida Village Cerise
Nuvali, Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, do hereby constitute appoint JOHN
DAVID MACOPIA CARRETAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with address at Block 8
Lot 4, Zinc. St., Avida Village Cerise Nuvali, Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, as our
true, lawful, sole, and exclusive attorney-in-fact in the Philippines, for us and our name, place,
and stead, to do and perform the things hereunder mentioned:

1. To represent us and our interests before any party, government agency or regulatory
body, court, or quasi-judicial body, and perform any action or submission as may be
necessary with respect to the property and improvements located at Block 8 Lot 4,
Zinc. St., Avida Village Cerise Nuvali, Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna
(hereinafter, “Subject Property”);

2. To make such inquiries and representations, for us and on our behalf, before the
Register of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
including the Treasurer and Assessor’s Office, of City of Calamba, among others, in
connection with the above Subject Property;

3. To sign, execute, and deliver any application or paper, plans, as well as any other
document that may be required in connection with the application of building and
other ancillary permits for the construction and/or renovation of the Subject Property;

4. To cause the payment of fees, charges, and expenses relative to the above transactions;
and

5. To hire, appoint, and otherwise authorize any lawyer, consultant, professional,

corporation, company, or individual to assist in the acquisition, gathering, and in
locating papers, documents, and properties, and to represent us in any application, or
initiate any proceeding for and in our behalf in connection with the above Subject
Property.

6. In general, to do and perform all acts and things necessary to give effect to the
foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney in fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or
could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
