AND WHEREAS after got the said property Smt. Nila Dutta
(Ghosh) took possession of the property and mutated her name in the
Kalyani Municipality, by paying Taxes in her name.
AND WHEREAS the said Smt. Nila Dutta (Ghosh) intending to
Sell her rent free interest in the said plot of land with building
hereinafter more particularly mentioned and described in the
Schedule hereunder written in favour of the JHARNACONSTRUCTION
represented by it's Sole Proprietor Sri Goutam Datta for the
consideration hereinafter mentioned vide recorded in Book No 1,
Volume No 1303-2018 , Page No - 88819 to 88836, Deed No. 5179, for
the year 2018 Office of Additional Sub - registrar office at Kalyani and
got possession thereto
AND WHEREAS after purchasing the said Flat & Car parking
space the present vendors are the absolute owner and possessors of
the same and they have every right to sale, Gift, transfer, convey of the
same.
AND WHEREAS the Vendors i.e. the party of the First Part have
agreed to sale out the Flat No. C - 1 (Road Side), on 3rd floor and
measuring 1000 Square Feet super Built up area and 100 Square
Feet four wheeler car parking space for a total price settled at Rs.
36,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Lakh) only together with
proportionate undivided share and interest in the common areas and
facilities mentioned and described in the Third & Fourth Schedule
hereunder written in favour of the above named Purchasers i.e. the
party of the Second Part.
