(hereinafter called the PURCHASER)
THE EXPRESSION FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY shall mean and include their
respective heirs, successors, representatives and assigns etc.
WHEREAS the DEVELOPER Develop the Group Housing project Namely The Melia in Sector
-35,Sohna.
AND WHEREAS the First Party has now agreed to transfer/ sell the Four Residential
Apartments Detail Of Apartments no. and sizes as given below:
Located in Group Housing in the residential colony known as THE MELIA, Sector-35
situated in and around village __________, Tehsil Sohna (Haryana) (Hereinafter called the
said Property).
The Second Party is ready to purchase the said Property From the Developer at Rate of 1400/-
per Sq.Ft.inclusive of all Charges i.e Edc,Idc,Plc etc. on the following terms and conditions:
1. That the Developer has received Rs.23,24,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs and
Twenty Four Thousand Only) as an advance/earnest money from the Purchaser by
means of Cheque as under:-

And the balance amount of Rs.92,96,000/- (Rupees Ninty Two Lakhs and Ninty Six
Thousand Only) of the said property shall be paid by the Purchaser to the Developer at
the time of Offer of Possession of the said property.
2. All the expenses in respect of registration of sale deed, stamp duty, registration charges,
and other Misc. expenses shall be borne by the Purchaser.
3. The said property to be transferred/sold under this agreement is free from all
encumbrances,mortgage, loan, dispute, litigation, gift, court attachment etc.
