Declaration for claiming HRA exemption under an Oral Lease

I, SUMIT KUMAR SAHU residing at House No SY NO 351/1 BL-V situated at FIRST FLOOR,

VINAYAK NAGAR, OLD SAFILGUDA, MEDCHAL DIST, PIN CODE - 500062 (address of

house taken on rent) do hereby declare that I am using the premises for which deduction is claimed

as a tenant under an oral lease with Mr. Rajendra Sarangi (name of owner of house) of House No

SY NO 351/1 BL-V situated at FIRST FLOOR, VINAYAK NAGAR, OLD SAFILGUDA,

MEDCHAL DIST, PIN CODE - 500062 (address of owner) for a rental amount of Rs.6,000

(Rupees Six Thousand only) per month.

This lease shall be effective during the period beginning April 2017 and I would continue

occupying the same till 31 March 2018. In case of change in address of occupancy I will inform

the company through a fresh declaration.

I hereby declare that there are no miss statements in the above declaration.
