Subject: Application for leave.
Respected Mam,
I most respectfully want to inform you that, I am writing to request a leave
of absence from college due to unforeseen circumstances. I have
encountered an accident that has resulted in my current condition, which
requires me to be on bed rest for a certain period.
As per my doctor's advice, I am required to be on bed rest for a minimum
period of 15 days to ensure a proper recovery. During this time, I will not be
able to attend classes or fulfill academic responsibilities.
I understand the importance of attending classes and keeping up with
coursework. Therefore, I am committed to making up for the missed
lectures upon my return to college. I kindly request your permission to grant
me a leave of absence to accommodate my recovery period.
I have attached the medical certificate and relevant documents provided by
my treating physician for your reference.
I assure you that I will do my best to minimize any disruption to my studies
and catch up on missed coursework as soon as I am physically able. I kindly
request your understanding and support during this challenging time.
