Letter to mother who is worried about your health

Dear Mother,
I hope this letter of mine finds you in good health and high spirits I received
your letter yesterday in which you asked me about my health. In fact, I suffered from
fever and flu last week. I consulted general physician for the treatment. He thoroughly
examined me and did some lab tests as well for the diagnosis. He prescribed me
medicine. The doctor also advised me to take complete bed rest. I am taking the
medicine regularly. I am taking balanced diet and hot liquids. My health condition is
much better now than before. You need not to be worried about my health because I am
taking good care of my health. I am doing exercise as well to keep me fit. I will be
completely fit and healthy within few days.
