Write a letter to your younger brother and advise him to Improve his Health

My Dear Brother _____ ,

I received your letter last evening. I came to know that you were always poring
over books and did not care for your health. I am greatly concerned about your
health and well - being.

I already know that you have become a bookworm. You burn midnight oil
regularly and this has caused you to grow very weak. I appreciate your love for
knowledge but it must not be allowed to damage your health. I would advise you
that health is wealth and a balanced approach is the essence of life. A sound mind
is always in a sound body. You must improve your health. Here are a few
suggestions for you to follow. First, take care of your health and then worry
about your studies. Keep a balance between your studies and other healthy
activities. Try to go to bed early and get up early in the morning. Develop a habit
of taking a morning walk and some light exercise regularly. Exercise is necessary
for the proper functioning of the body and the mind. Next to exercise is diet. Take
milk, fruit and vegetables. Eat healthy foods.

I hope you will pay attention to my advice and inform me every now and then
about your health.

Subject: Frequent Power Breakdown

Sir,

I would like to draw the attention of frequent breakdown of electricity in

Johar Town, Lahore. People face a lot of inconvenience due to the
breakdown of electricity time and again. The whole area is thrown into
darkness and the power supply is not restored for hours.
Students preparing for the examinations are the worst sufferers, they
cannot concentrate on studies. The weak and old people suffer a lot when
there is no e electricity. Thieves, robbers and other anti-social elements
become more active when it is completely dark. The concerned electricity
authority, WAPDA has done virtually nothing to improve this deplorable
condition.
The matter was reported to them time and again but in vain. I , therefore,
request to city management authority to take immediate action.
