 You have to answer the following questions with your own thoughts/idea’s base
on our discussion.
 Each answer must have at least three (3) sentences.

What are the best practices that made you more interested to do physical activities?

Answer: The best practices that made me more interested to do physical activities is social
engagement, such as fitness retreats. Fitness retreats is planning weekend retreats or day trips
focused on fitness activities. Every weekend, my cousins and I meet, and we play various games
like badminton and basketball and other Traditional games. Occasionally, we also go jogging. As
an individual, I am motivated to engage in physical activities, especially when I'm with my
siblings and cousin's.

What do you think is the most challenging part you might experience in doing all the activities in
PATHFIT 1?

Answer: For me the most challenging part I might experience in doing all the activities in
PATHFIT 1 is time management, rest and recovery and also in financial. As an elder child and my
mom is an ofw, when it comes in the time of practice especial in doing the festival dance time
management is one of the most challenging part because I have a lot of things to do in our
house specially household chores. Rest and recovery will also a challenge for me maybe because
I'm not used to such physical activity. And lastly financially, knowing that festival dance is not
only spending a lot of time practicing but also spending money, for choreo, costume, and props.
Despite of a lot of challenges that I might experience I will still enjoy doing all the activities in
PATHFIT1.

How do you think PATHFIT 1 will help you in your everyday life?

Answer: As an BA student I have a lot of schoolworks and a busy schedule. Sometimes I don't
have such time to do physical activities. And also when it comes in healthy living I know that I
fail. But I know that PATHFIT 1 will helps me in my eveyday life, especially in my lifestyle. I know
that my easing habit and every day lifestyle will improve through the lessons that will discuss in
PATHFIT 1.

Why do you want to become fit?

Answer: I want to be fit, 1st because nowadays health is the most important thing in life. I also
want to live long. Being fit will also take me to a lot of opportunities specially when I will look for
job someday, I've heard that most of the companies are looking for the employee that is
physically fit and also mentally fit. You can't work better if you're not physically fit, that's why for
me it is important to become fit. Through this subject I will learn on how to be fit.

What is your fitness goal?

Answer: My fitness goal is to loose weight. Since I was a senior high school student it was my
fitness goal. Last year I've been in the saddest part of my life, I experienced a lot of breakdowns.
In that moment I do not eat but I always sleep because of the tiredness of my eyes because of
crying all the that. In that time I lost almost 10kilos (from 65 down to 55kg.) In the other side I
was happy because a lot of people says "uy pumayat ka", but I know that I achieved that in a
wrong way. This time I want to achieve my fitness goal but in a right way.

After learning these physical fitness contents, to whom will you share these know ledges and
why?

Answer: After learning these physical fitness contents I want to share these knowledges to my
little sisters and brother. As an older sister to them I want them to have a healthy lifestyle and to
be physically fit. I also want them to be conscious about their health and physically. While they
are still young, I want to improve their lifestyle so that they won't regret it when they grow up. I
also want that they will enjoy their life to the fullest.
