1. How do you find Physical Education and health as an integral part of your education
processor part of your curriculum?

- Physical education and health is an instrument for every student to improve themselves.
It teaches discipline in every physical activity and helps improve our motor skills and the
movement of our bodies. Physical education and health promote different values, skills and
boosts confidence that is very important in each individual.

-And I can see that the physical education and health is a key component of our education
especially us that wants to pursue nursing because to serve someone we ourselves must be
healthy at all time we should have great hygiene and we must learn how to take care of
ourselves especially at times like this when we are in a pandemic. Being physically fit and
healthy will help us be more productive in our jobs and we can serve even if we have long
hours ahead of us.

-Also, Physical Education has always been an essential part of learning. It is a course that

ensures the students' health because it teaches students how to live a healthy, balanced

lifestyle that will benefit them in the future. As well as how to perform certain activities

with proper posture. The students' self-confidence in working with others is one of the

things that this course can help them with. Because it allows them to form positive social

interactions and encourages teamwork by working with other people, both of which are

important in the medical field.

2. Share your most relevant experience in Physical Education and health that helped you

improve yourself.

- (I didn't do much exercise before, such as planking, push-ups, and so on. Because, as far

as I recall, the only exercise I had in primary school was playing outside or doing household

tasks. But, as I grew older, I couldn't play as much as I used to, so I didn't get enough

exercise. However, when I was in grade 9, our teacher was really demanding, so I focused

a lot on exercising. I felt so good after working out. It became a habit for me until today.

- I was not physically fit nor active before the pandemic, so I decided to start
exercising during the lockdown; it has since become a daily habit of mine to
exercise first thing in the morning. Exercise has helped me become more fit and
productive, which has helped me relieve stress.

3. How will you be able to influence others to improve themselves as you have understood
and experienced?

- I will be able to influence others to improve themselves by giving advice on what to do

and what not to do and telling them about my experiences in physical education so that
they can be more motivated and improve themselves. We need to inspire them so that they
can motivate themselves to do the same.

- I will actually want to impact others to work on themselves by offering some guidance on
what the right to do and telling them regarding my encounters in my experience in Physical
Education and also my self experiences at home like doing workout to maintain my physical
health, so they can be more motivated and work on themselves.
-I can influence others in a way of using what I know from my experiences to help them

improve themselves when it comes to exercising and taking care of their health, not just

physical but also mental health. So that they will be motivated in doing things such as

exercising and other things that are good for their health for them to be physically and

mentally fit.

-As a student, I want to advocate for others by sharing my experiences in Physical Education

that can make a huge impact in communities. To have a program that will enhance awareness

and provide better health options towards better living will surely benefit everyone and

decrease any health and mental condition that could lead to diseases.

-I can help them by introducing them to new activities that I have already experienced

and enjoyed. They should conduct physical activities that require them to walk, move

around, or stand instead of sitting or lying down. I can also help by being active and looking

for activities that both of us enjoy so that they don't feel singled out. Lastly I'll make

sure to compliment them for their efforts in order to enhance their self-esteem.
