When I was a child, I imagined how it would feel to be like the people I saw in my father’s

magazines. At that moment, I had no idea what that was or what a hobby was. I asked
myself, how can I start with this process? And throughout time as I was becoming a
teenager and I started doing physical activity in the park of my neighborhood. From that
moment, I started with my favorite my fitness journey. As long as you dedicate time to it,
you will always see positive results in the physical and mental aspects. But what is fitness?
And why is it the best hobby that you can do?

First of all, fitness is about your own good health and general wellbeing. Fitness not only
means physical as well as emotional and mental health. Fitness defines all aspects of your
health. A smart diet, an active lifestyle and mental control are fundamental to being fit.
Depending on the time that you spend on the hobby, you will always see positive results
physically and mentally due to this you have the knowledge, control and the body ability to
realize activities for every life successfully, however, to see results, you need to have
parameters that you need to know, if you are thinking practice in your quotidian life, yeah,
possibly this occupation is not appropriate for all the world, but if you have the discipline
and a mental fortress you can perform the style of life that you would like to get. they
divide into 3 domains; nutrition, physical activity and mental health.

Nutrition

All the live things need to eat because we need to satisfy a physiologic necessity, via the
macronutrients and the micronutrients of the food, do you know the importance of
nutrients?, since the industrial revolution, the people have an incorrect ideology on the food
due to the disinformation, the society of 21th century prefers the taste and not the quality of
the products, and due to this the people are vulnerable to health problems, the composition
of the food have a lot of advantages in all aspects of life, if you eat proteins, carbohydrates
and fatty acids in the perfect proportions you may live longer, keeps skin, teeth and eyes
healthy, supports muscles, boosts immunity, strengthens bones and reduces the risk of heart
disease and some cancers if you eat well, you live is well. in my opinion the fitness makes
me feel good with me and my life, I can realize the activity every day of my life with more
energy, you can control your corporal size if you dominate the alimentation.

Physical activity

The physical is one of the most essential things and healthy that a human can do, so
wherever you are, start moving while I explaining you the physical activity, the first thing
is that any movement that we do with our body and for which we are able to do it. we can
improve with the exercise, and this it the beautiful of exercise!, always you can improve the
physical capacities of a human by a variety of exercise, a lot of people things that the
fitness is a sport but is not, so what is focused the fitness? the fitness is focused on all the
activities that can improve your health, the most famous and the most fun (in my opinion)
are the weightlifting and the atheism however the fitness have a variety of sports that can
adaptive on your requires and capacity. and is vinculated with the

Mind control

the mind control is important in the fitness because is the base of all aspects on this
discipline, due you need to have peace and serenity in your life to realize correctly the
things with the head cold, the fitness sometimes can produce stress for the exigence that it
has, and that’s why you need have a mental fortress if you are thinking practice this
discipline, and not only exist advantages in the fitness, in all of your daily life can have an
influence.
