Movement Enhancement

A Tender Viewpoint towards Physical Fitness

I was pondering to myself, "What does physical fitness entail?" How does it

affect my daily life, including how I'm feeling in general? I admit that whenever I’ve

thought about physical fitness, I always imagined intense workouts and exhausted

body. Strangely enough, I'm glad to be completely open with you, ma'am. When I

was in elementary school, I used to participate and run in wholly Filipino games like

patintero. Unfortunately, the circumstances of the time prevented me from fully

appreciating my childhood because I was given a sickness that makes me scarcely

enjoy what I normally do. I stumble when I'm trying to live life to the fullest, I

enjoyed running, and playing badminton, my one-and-only sport but then things

didn’t go well for me. Every physical education class I took put me to the test. This

helped me grow as a person and get back into exercising slowly one at a time.

Now that I'm back on track, little me is content. I always owe it to myself to

get healthier so that I won't feel helpless or incapable of performing well in school

and extracurricular activities. All I have to offer is that, in my view, physical fitness is

tender, and as I approach this subject, I am the one who is tender. I need to adopt a

better lifestyle so that I can help myself get well completely and get back on track

without hesitation or concern that I could pass out and damage myself.

I've learned that establishing an active lifestyle each day is simple as long as

you follow its advice to work on developing a mentality and desire. For each of us to
properly complete our everyday activities, healthy eating and regular exercise are

essential.

I believe that every day is a great opportunity to adapt those adjustments in

life in order to be fit because the true measure of physical fitness is to achieve

intellectual, social, and physical components. A reflecting part of me has a story to

tell. Perhaps it's about the love-hate connection I have with physical fitness because I

feel like I'm not physically fit enough and my sickness hinders me from being healthy.

They all work as a team, so even if I'm sensitive, I gradually maintain my mental,

emotional, and physical fitness.

This is my perspective as I continually tell myself to move and let my mind to

roam. I can now enjoy my life together with a healthy diet and lifestyle after fighting

my heart condition for a couple of years. All thanks to the lessons I've learned over

the years about the need of taking care of our health seriously because when we're

obedient enough, we can be as strong as our favorite heroes in our own ways.

Naval Ravikant's quote, "A fit body, a calm mind, a house full of love," struck

me while I was writing my reflection. Our true wealth is found in these things, which

we must strive for because we cannot buy them. I'm definitely looking forward to a

productive learning experience in our subject because there is always opportunity for

growth and learning.
