COUNSELING CANDYLAND

INSTRUCTIONS
COUNSELING CANDYLAND is played using a Candyland®
board with supplied cards and game pieces. The game is
played by following the standard rules of the game.

When a player draws a card, they must move to the

required space. Before their turn ends they must identify
a scenario in which a person might feel the identified
feeling based on the card color.

Example: When a player draws a blue card, they must

identify a scenario in which a person might feel sad. Such
as ,“Someone might feel sad when their pet dies.”

Example: When a player draws a pink character card, they

must identify a scenario in which a person might feel
proud. Such as, “Someone might feel proud when they do
well on a test.”
