Permanent Residence. This letter is to confirm that Abhinav Kashyap was employed with Accenture
Solutions Private Limited, (hereinafter referred as “Accenture”) full time (45 Hours per week) in Bengaluru,
India from August 01, 2007 to June 15, 2012. He was designated as Senior Software Engineer.

During his tenure at Accenture, Abhinav Kashyap was responsible for the following:

• Managed project stakeholders and acted as a single point of contact for communication between
the business and the technical teams.
• Provided guidance and assistance for all requirement clarifications.
• Involved in requirements analysis demonstrated product knowledge, understood the business,
and understood constraints in implementation and technology.

post implementation support.
• Translated requirements document into functional specifications and test plans.
• Created test scenarios and scripts based on requirements document.
• Used process modeling techniques in project planning to translate into detailed specifications.
• Identified inefficiencies and defects in existed operating process and suggested changes and
workarounds for improved system functionality.
• Responsible for understanding the system requirements, identifying any ambiguity, and got them
cleared from business users.
• Performed gap analysis between goals and existed procedures.
• Involved in using project management principles for project planning and scheduling.
